LSD: The Dream Emulator
LSD: The Dream Emulator was a Sony Playstation game released in 1998 only in Japan. The game is a series of dreams, based to some degree on someone's dream journal. As you wander through different settings, pushing on anything transports you to another scene. Some actions end a dream early, such as jumping off a cliff. And that's about all the interaction there is in the game.
I discovered LSD almost ten years after its release, but it's the sort of thing I've always wished existed and it in many ways exemplifies the type of games that I'd like to create myself.

SOUP
Inspired by the LSD game, someone made a freeware PC game called SOUP. It's much simpler and shorter than LSD. You can get it
here. (Search for the word SOUP on the page--that's the download link.) If you open the LZH file and the files don't seem to be right, try another program. I used WinRAR, and that one worked for me.
The last few screenshots here are from SOUP.
